Affection as a Tool
The video discusses essential elements of what affect is. Much more than subjective experiences, it can be seen as the lived experiences of feelings, emotions, and moods that range from joy and affection to sadness or anger. As the work points out, it arises from external influences and constitutes the basis of our psychic life, being decisive in how each person relates to themselves, to their family (whether by blood ties or not), to society, and to the world. In this sense, affect is a tool that moves and affects each of us in different ways.

The video humorously portrays the process of creating a script, seen as the place where ideas are "dumped," unfiltered, before beginning to shape the main narrative structure. In this process, crossing out what didn't work, cleaning up apparent excesses and confusion, can be a way to help focus on what you want to say to captivate the audience. This refinement transforms a jumble of notes into a guide for recording and final editing. In this project, since the theme is the draft, what might be considered bad and would be cut takes center stage, indicating that what is undervalued and erased can often be the most interesting.
