AFFECTION AS A TOOL
The video discusses essential elements of what affects are. Much more than subjective experiences, they can be seen as experiences of feelings, emotions, and moods ranging from joy and affection to sadness and anger. They arise, as the video points out, from external influences and constitute the basis of our psychic life, being decisive in how each of us relates to ourselves, to family (whether by blood or not), to society, and to the world. In this sense, affection is a tool that moves and affects each of us in different ways.
